My professional focus is simple: I help individuals reclaim their sense of ease of well-being.  

What does “ease of well-being” mean?  It means that your body and mind feel safe, connected, balanced, and present.  A mind and body in this state will move without pain, digest with ease, sleep deeper, breathe fully,  repair faster, concentrate longer, perform better, and have happier thoughts.   

From a state of well-being a person will easily make choices that move them toward their desires and emit the kind of energy that attracts love, peace, and opportunity.   

If you desire to move without pain, improve your health, lose some weight, enjoy living in your body, attract love, or have peace of mind, for example, it can all be real once you elevate your health and reclaim your power.  

The state of ease of well-being has, for many of us, been obscured by suboptimal movement, compromised posture, physical and emotional pain, deficient diet, self-destructive beliefs, unresolved trauma, ongoing stress, and/or persistent background anxiety.  

Sometimes, in the presence of any or all of these obstacles, we don’t even recognize that we’re uneasy because we have lost contact with the felt sense of vibrant health.   

My teachings are designed to educate you so you can gain the power to clear the path back to your ease.  To do this, you and I will collaborate to customize a program just for you, based on your individual needs and goals.  I draw from numerous resources including:

• body weight movement practices
• therapeutic Yoga

• myofascial release
• stress releasing exercises
• neurogenic tremoring
• breathing practices

• guided deep relaxation

I will be your health coach, your cheerleader, your empathic friend, and your teacher.

You came into this world with the birthright of ease, which means that ease is hardwired into your body and mind.  This ease is vast, limitless, and permanent. It cannot be diminished or destroyed; it can only be obscured.   Ease is the true home of your soul.  It is the defining characteristic of freedom.   This ease is yours to reclaim and you can access it again!
